How long does it take for the product to arrive?

It will usually take around 2 weeks but we cannot guarantee any shipping times.

 

How do I get customer support?

You can simply go to the "Contact" page and get your customer support and we will reply as soon as possible

Can I make a refund?

Yes, you will be able to get a refund if your order was placed within 3 days by sending us an inquiry regarding the refund to our email at "helloconqur@outlook.com"

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

If you want to change the color/size of what you have ordered within 3 days, we will be able to do that. If it has passed 3 days, we will try our best to make the possible changes and let you know via email. Please note that once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship.

Is there specific women's clothing or men's clothing?

No. All our clothing are unisex.

What should I do if my product came damaged?

We’re sorry to hear you received a damaged item. To resolve this rare issue, please email a photo of the damaged product along with your details to "helloconqur@outlook.com." We’ll be happy to assist you! Kindly note that damaged items must be reported within 5 days, as returns or refunds cannot be processed beyond this window.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! Please be sure all information which you have put is correct prior to checkout.

I am between sizes, what size do you recommend?

Our collections are unisex and designed with an oversized fit, based on American sizing. For accurate measurements, refer to our size chart, and if you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us via email and we are more than happy to help!
